The Heera Group of Companies expanded its business internationally and in India. They received a lot of support from the community, especially the women who were underprivileged. In just a few short years, Dr. Nowhera Shaikh led the Heera Group of Companies to the International Level and achieved great success. Heera Group began to expand its business across India. Heera Groups seized the Indian market and began to grow their business into China, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Ghana, and Canada.

Many business tycoons began to envy the Heera Group’s rapid growth. They decided to trap Nowhera Shaik and take down her organization. Her enemies have made allegations against her, claiming that she ran a Gold Ponzi scheme where they claimed to receive a return of 36% – 42%. They also accused that she has been late on payments and doing mismanaged of funds.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Heera Groups Gold Scheme had lakhs of investors. Only 25-30 investors made complaints to Central Crime Station, resulting in an FIR. The claim that the company cheated 1.72 million clients has been proven false. The prosecution was unable to produce 20 receipts for the 500 crore frauds during the hearing. Even though the receipts were only for 3 Lakh rupees, Dr. Nowhera requested that 1.72 million people come forward to claim their money if they were cheated. The list of complainants only includes 30 names. Media reports are misleading.

There is suspicion that someone with a political background played the game with Nowhera and tried to ruin her image. After all, Nowhera Shaikh was a Politics aspirant. In 2018, Dr. Nowhera Shaik launched a political party called the “All India Mahila Empowerment Party” in Delhi. After this event, she was arrested by Delhi Police.

There are many accusations against her from different states. However, they have all been denied. All her cases have been dismissed, and she has been released on bail. Dr. Nowhera fought for her justice, and finally, she triumphed with great glory.
