Nowhera Shaik is an Indian politician and entrepreneur. Ms. Nowhera Shaik, president and founder of the All India Mahila Empowerment Party, executive chairperson and creator of the Heera Group, accomplished the unthinkable.
Upbringing
The now millionaire entrepreneur once dropped out of school to study the art of Islamic education in a madrassa for the next couple of years. “She met several women in her village during this period. Shaik told us she started selling them goldsmith-made jewellery. Shaik stated that she founded a women’s group in 1997-98 that invested in her business and that she would frequently split the profits with them.”
The plan worked perfectly. Her female partners insisted on forming a corporation in 2008 so they could expand the firm. This is when she founded Heera Gold, a private limited company that she established in 2012.
The Heera Group
According to their website, the Heera Group is involved in gold imports, gold trading, textiles, jewellery, mineral water, granite, excursions and travels, real estate, and e-commerce, among other things. Heera Mart, the group’s shopping mall, is in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. According to a chargesheet submitted by Telangana police at the request of investors, the company began in 2008 as a small import and export business known as “Heera Exim” renting five shop spaces in Hyderabad malls, namely F1, F2, F3, F14, and F15. Recently she also has opened her new stores of Heera Mart in Tirupati.
Political forays
The successful entrepreneur entered politics after a successful career in gold trading, founding the All India Mahila Empowerment Party.
The All India Mahila Empowerment Party was launched by the woman herself on the bright 16th of November, 2017. Since then there has been no looking back. After series of struggle she has been able to form her party the way she wanted it and it is going to contest in the upcoming 2022 Uttar Pradesh election.
