
Rahul Chaudhari is an Indian international Kabaddi player, who played as a defender and later became a magnificent raider. He was a member of the Indian National Kabaddi team that won a gold medal in the 2016 South Asian Games. After six seasons with the team of Telugu Titans and one season for Tamil Thalaivas, Rahul had also played for Jaipur Pink Panthers.
Personal Life and family
Rahul Chaudhari was born to Rampal Singh and comes from Jalalpur Choiya village in the Bijnor quarter of Uttar Pradesh. Chaudhari scored 151 raid points in Season 1. In the alternate season, he scored 98 raid points and 9 attack points, and the third season saw him score 87 raid points and 12 attack points with an a41.37 attack success rate. He was made captain of the Telugu mammoths in Season 5 and finished the campaign with 193 points – 184 raid points and 9 attack.
Career
In season 1, Telugu elephants Rahul Chaudhari successfully picked up 151 raid points from 14 games, and he was ranked second. He was placed next to the UMumba ‘s largely educated captain Cool Anup Kumar. This fact was enough to boost his confidence. In the coming season also he was placed second with 98 raid points and 9 attack points. In season 3, his raid score was 89, but there was an increase of 41.37 in his attack points. Chaudhari reached his peak in PKL season 4 in 2016, he outgunned the raid scoreboard with a score of 146 points from 16 games and was 15 points clear of MVP Pardeep Narwal. He becomes the first aggressor to cross 400. Rahul made his debut with the Telugu elephants and is constantly among the Pro Kabaddi league’s top aggressors. Rahul Chaudhari’s extraordinary gift was first honoured by famed trainer Uday Kumar. He was the one who signed him for the platoon of Telugu elephants.
