Palak Muchhal, India is a country of art and culture and is thus known around the world. She’s one of the most renowned social workers in the country who uses her voice to raise funds for the poor and needy people of the country.
She was born on the thirtieth March of 1992 to Mrs Amita Muchhal and Mr Rajkumar Muchhal. His father was a worker in a private firm while his mother was a homemaker. She had a passion for singing from a very small age. She was a well-known singer in the kids Kalyanji-Anandji Little Star group. She showed feelings for the needy since childhood when at an age of seven she spent a whole week singing in shops to raise funds for the families of the deceased fighters of India. She raised an amount of rupees twenty thousand and received media coverage. She also raised money for the people who suffered in the Odisha Cyclone of 1999. Due to her social work, she has her name in the Guinness World Records and the Limca Book of World Records for her social work.
Break in Bollywood
Muchhal has released several non-film music albums throughout her childhood namely- Child for Children, Palken, Aao tumhe Chaand pe le jaayen and many more. She got her major work when her album Jai Ganesh was released by T-Series. She got her to break in the movie Ek Tha Tiger with the song Lapatan. She received her mainstream success through two songs in the film Ashiqui 2 and those songs launched her as a mainstream singer. She has been nominated in the Filmfare Awards, won several awards like Zee Cine Awards, Stardust Awards, Screen Awards and many more for her works. She has been Honoured with the Honorary Doctorate by the America based American University for Global Peace.
Ms Muchhal is not only a versatile performer but also a vivid personality who keeps on serving the poor and needy and thus she is remarkable in her own story for being the voice for the needy.
