Noah Nirmal Tom (born on 13 November in the year 1994) is also an Indian athlete and a Jun-Commissioned Officer (JCO) in the Indian Air Force. Noah is from Chakkittapara of Kozhikode district which is located in Kerala state. He competed in the mixed 4 × 400 meters relay event at the year of 2019 World Athletics Championships, and the year 2020 Tokyo Olympics which were held on 2021.
Personal Life and Education
Noah Nirmal Tom belongs from Calicut, which is located in Kerala. It was his school coach, Jose Sebastian, who honed his skills during his childhood and also insisted that he made a career in athletics in India. However, Noah was right from a very young age, he has been a huge fan of Chelsea.
During their school days, he used to find comfort on the playground rather than in his classroom. He also mentioned that he used to play football and not athletics at that time. In the sixth standard, he joined his first athletics career.
Achievements in Commonwealth games
He got qualified for the Olympics, and Noah won the gold medal in the 4 x 400m relay at the year of 2018 National Championships. But the jewel in his crown remains the same, the gold in the 400m event in National Championship in the year 2019.
He stated that they were told to participate at the National Athletics Championships immediately after his first World Championship. So, they immediately came to Ranchi, Jharkhand from Doha. But then he was unsure about his fitness and he was the defending Champion in the 400m. Noah did not expect anything of the race and was extremely glad and thankful to God for wrapping up the Championship, reminisced the quarter-miler. Noah has done excellent in the relays. Now he wants to focus on arriving in Tokyo in the best possible shape. During the pandemic, he has also been following a daily routine for fitness. That was monitored by his physio and coaches. As he does not want to leave any stone unturned before heading into the top competitions all over the world.
