Kunlavut vitidsarn

Kunlavut Vitidsarn (born 11 May 2001) is a Thai badminton player. He was a three-time World Junior champion, winning in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Vitidsarn became the first men’s singles player to win three World Junior Championships titles, joining Ratchanok Intanon and Chen Qingchen as a three-time winners of the World Junior title in the same discipline.

Personal lifestyle and Family

Vitidsarn claimed the gold order at the Asian Junior Crowns in 2019, where he preliminarily won tableware in 2018 and citation in 2017. Vitidsarn shared at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics and was part of the platoon Omega took the tableware order in the mixed platoon event. He was named the 2020/2021 Eddy Choong Most Promising Player. In the elderly order, he won the tableware order at the 2022 World Crowns. The BWF World Tour, which was blazoned on 19 March 2017 and enforced in 2018, is a series of elite badminton events sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation (BWF). The BWF World Tour is divided into situations of World Tour Tests, Super 1000, Super 750, Super 500, Super 300, and the BWF Tour Super 100. When he was seven, his father – a badminton trainer himself – introduced him to the sport which soon had a positive impact on his health.


Vitidsarn spoke to BWF during his run to the final of last December’s season-ending BWF World Tour Tests in Bali. He cited in total five-time Olympian Boonsak Ponsana as one of his “Idols in Thailand” but stated that his main relief was three-time Olympic tableware titlist with Lee Chong Wei along with the two-time world champion Momota Kento. The youth had said,” My biggest idol is Lee because he was so presto. He would have an implausible attack, and great defence, and no matter where you placed the shuttle, he could recoup it.
