In his early years, he spent most of his playing career at Mainz 05. Before being moved to defence, Jurgen Norbet Klopp was initially deployed as a striker. Jurgen Klopp became the club manager as soon as he retired in 2001. In 2004 he became clubs manager and secured Bundesliga promotion. After suffering relegation in 2006-2007, he was unable to achieve promotion. This resulted in Klopp’s resignation from the club’s longest-serving manager. There was no stopping in his character. He had then become the manager of Borussia Dortmund paving their way to the Bundesliga title in 2010-2011. In UEFA 2012-2013 Klopp, guided Dortmund before leaving in,2015 as their longest-serving manager.
Klopp has not only contributed to Liverpool as a football manager but also as a dedicated football player and enthusiast. He guided the club in the UEFA champions league final in 2018-2019 and won the latter. This victory paved way for him to win his first and Liverpool’s sixth title in the competition.
