It just can’t be that you belong to this generation and do not find Jubin Nautiyal’s voice simply mesmerizing and soul-soothing! He is one of the most popular talented music artists from India. It was 2011, young talent was popping up on the musical horizon of the country. Jubin Nautiyal participated in a show named X Factor and went on becoming the top 25 contenders on the show. He rose to fame from that show and was later discovered by many music composers. He has many albums to his name and in recent times, he is also been seen to be acting in his music videos. He has sung many films in numerous languages.

He hails from Dehradun of Uttarakhand. He got his schooling from St. Joseph’s Academy and then from Welham Boys’ School. Later he got graduated from Mithibai College in Mumbai. His father is a businessman and a politician in the state but had a deep love for music which got transmitted to him in the form of his musical sense. From a very early age of 4 years, he got trained in classical music. He is also pretty comfortable with many instruments like guitar, harmonium, drums and piano.

Jubin was becoming quite popular in his hometown with his musical skills. He started getting calls from events and had also supported many charitable events. He trained in music under Pandit Chhannu Lal Mishra of Varanasi. He was discovered by A. R. Rahman who advised him to train in his musical skills for few more years. He went back to his hometown and to his school teacher to get trained in music for 4 years. He gave time for his self-development and thus turned out to be this successful.

2014 was indeed a lucky year for him as he got his first chance in a movie named Sonali Cable. His debut song Ek Mulakat was a hit! Since then he has been rocking us with his voice. He has worked for many renowned music directors and has won multiple awards and recognitions. His life teaches us one thing which is that if you focus on your skills and develop them, one-day success is just waiting for you!
