A person who has a strong sense of tenacity and determination will succeed. Dr. Nowhera Shaik began working for her family at a young age despite being born into a family with little financial means. Shaik Mohiuddin Saheb Kolkar and Shaik Balkij welcomed her into the world in 1973. She has always cared deeply about the situation of society’s oppressed people, especially the women who are a part of her community. She wanted to inspire and encourage women. Nowhera Shaik began tutoring Muslim females at the young age of 19, providing them with knowledge about the value of education and financial independence.
She started her enterprise with a kick start. Dr. Nowhera Shaik decided to become a creator of money rather than a consumer of wealth. Born in the village of Kallur, Andhra Pradesh, in the year 1973, Nowhera Shaik established the MNII which is an organization for the upliftment and development of Urdu and Arabic. The students mostly come from a poverty stricken situation. They received free instruction. She founded Heera Gold, a company that exports and imports gold, in 1998. More than 50 countries have received items from the Heera Group. The group soon expanded its business. There was no turning back after that. To advance the empowerment of women, Dr. Nowhera Shaik created the national political organization All India Mahila Empowerment Party (AIMEP) in 2017.

Dr. Nowhera Shaik wanted to develop her own identity, therefore she started her dream project, the Heera Group, a parent firm with numerous lateral branches in various areas that have significantly improved everything.

All India Mahila Empowerment Party
On November 12, 2017, prominent figures from various fields attended the launch of the All India Mahila Empowerment Party (AIMEP) at The Lalit in New Delhi. As said, empowering women, regardless of caste, creed, or region is the party’s top priority.
The party raised the subject of women’s representation in the Indian Parliament during its official launching ceremony and demanded that the Women’s Reservation Bill be put into effect. AIMEP has been designated as a national political party by the Indian Election Commission, with the word “Diamond” serving as its electoral emblem.
Social Assistance
Dr. Nowhera Shaik set up Heera Fincapital Ltd. Besides that, she also established the Heera mobile clinic in 2012 to offer interest-free financial help and medical attention to the people who hailed from the poverty stricken part of the society.
Given the distinction of an Islamic studies Doctorate, She goes by the beautiful name Aapa. On the occasion of the 75th Amrit Mahotsav Independence Day, Nowhera Shaik did something which touched hearts of many and not just love, she received blessings of individuals. She had booked a chartered plane to fulfill the request of cancer-afflicted children between the ages of 8 and 14 who were members of the CPAA (Cancer Patients Aid Association).
