Buddy Valastro was born on 3 March 1977, is an American baker, and does reality television shows. He is the owner of Carlo’s Bakery also known as cake boss. As well as the face of Buddy V’s Ristorante. Valastro is popular as the star of the reality television series “Cake Boss” which is his show on TLC, which premiered in April 2009. He has also starred in several other shows such as Next Great Baker in the year (2010), Kitchen Boss (2011), Buddy’s Bakery Rescue (2013), and many others.

Education and Family Status
Buddy Valastro was born and brought up in Hoboken, New Jersey. His mother was born in Altamura, which is in Italy. She is the daughter of an Italian-American immigrant who migrated to New Jersey when she was only six years old. His father, named Buddy Sr was born in Lipari, Italy. Valastro grew up with his four siblings: named Grace, Mary, Lisa, and Maddalena.
He attended a primary school named Ridgefield Park High School. Then took baking courses at the Bergen County Technical High School, on Teterboro Campus.
After some years, Valastro began working at his family’s business, Carlo’s Bakery at the age of only 11, alongside his father. When his father died in the year 1994, Valastro was 17 years old. From then he took over the family business.
Career as a baker
Buddy is the owner and a lead baker of Carlo’s Bakery, the bakery featured on the TLC show Cake Boss. Carlo’s has also opened 17 more bakeries due to the popularity of the show has given him a huge fanbase. In January 2012, as a result of the attention that the shop and the TV series had brought to the city of Hoboken and all over the world.
The Lackawanna Factory which is nearby Jersey City serves as the corporate office for the business and is used as additional space to create many weddings and specialty of cakes and to bake specialty baked goods for shipment across the whole country.
