According to AIMEP, the political party’s actions must uphold the legal provisions of the Indian Constitution with sincere faith and allegiance. Upholding as well as promoting democratic, secular, and socialist ideals is also essential. The party earnestly hopes to liberate the oppressed and eradicate poverty, illiteracy, and injustice by advancing social equality, peacefully stirring up the population, stimulating movement, and encouraging participation in the legal and political process.

The members of the party are activists who have joined the All India Mahila Empowerment Party in accordance with Article V of the AIMEP Constitution. Additionally, each and every officers and members of the Executive Committees of each part or booth, polling place, village, town block, assembly district, state committee, national working committee, and any other local committee and associate organizations that, regardless of their official names, owe allegiance to the party that was elected in accordance with Article VII.

State Working Committee members and party officials are also on the election list, according to working committee Dr Nowhera Shaik. In an election that is being held by the Election Commission of India or the State Election Commission of the relevant state, any member who challenges a nomination made by the All India Mahila Empowerment Party will not be subject to any penalties.
