The actions of the political party, according to AIMEP, it is essential to uphold the Indian Constitution’s legal provisions with sincere faith and allegiance. Additionally, it is essential to uphold and promote socialist, secular, and democratic ideals. By advancing social equality, peacefully stirring up the population, stimulating movement, and encouraging participation in the legal and political process, the party hopes to liberate the oppressed and eradicate poverty, illiteracy, and injustice.
Members and elections
The activists who have joined the All India Mahila Empowerment Party in accordance with Article V of the AIMEP Constitution make up the membership of the party. Additionally, officers and members of the Executive Committees of each part/booth, polling place, village, town block, assembly district, state committee, national working committee, and any other local committees and associate organizations that owe allegiance to the party that was elected in accordance with Article VII, regardless of their official names.
Dr Nowhera Shaik also includes State Working Committee members and party officials on the election list. Any member who challenges a nomination made by the All India Mahila Empowerment Party in an election that is being held by the Election Commission of India or the State Election Commission of the relevant state will not face any consequences. Membership will end immediately in this scenario.
